Retail Insight also commits to the following:
- Our time – Teams take part in volunteering work at least once a year involving Alzheimer’s Research UK.
- Our support – We run an office bake sale every six months. All donations go towards Alzheimer’s Research UK.
- Our attention – We raise awareness for Alzheimer’s Research UK by referencing it on our website.

The Tech Talent Charter (TTC) is a commitment by organizations to a set of undertakings that aim to deliver greater gender diversity in the UK’s tech workforce – one that better reflects the make-up of the population.
As a charter signatory, Retail Insight commits to:
- Supporting attraction, recruitment, and retention practices designed to increase the diversity of our workforce.
- Defining our own timetable for change and implementing the strategy that is right for our organization (and acknowledging that all signatories will have different starting points).
- Measuring the diversity profile of our UK employees and sharing this data for (anonymous) collective publication.

Loss Prevention Research Council
We are proud to be members of the Loss Prevention Research Council.
The LPRC was founded in 2000 by leading retailers and Dr. Read Hayes in an effort to support the evidence-based needs of loss prevention decision-makers. Founding retailers include Target, Walmart, OfficeMax, CVS, GAP, Home Depot, Beall’s, Barnes and Noble, and has grown to over 70 major retail chains today. To date the LPRC has conducted over 300 real-world loss prevention research projects for retailers and partners.
