Richard Collins, Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Peter Rooken-Smith, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will bring fresh perspectives in a bid to accelerate growth and enhance Retail Insight’s financial and operational capabilities.

Richard joins Retail Insight from Hokodo, a global private equity-backed buy-now-pay-later business, where he played a pivotal role in transforming the sales process and significantly increasing revenue. With a wealth of experience in driving revenue growth in both mid-market and large-scale technology organizations such as Linnworks, MessageLabs, CA, and Oracle, Richard is poised to bring a fresh perspective to Retail Insight’s executive and sales teams.

Peter Rooken-Smith, Chief Financial Officer
Peter comes to Retail Insight from Evotix, a global private equity-backed, environmental, social and governance SaaS business providing solutions for workplace health and safety. Peter is a commercially minded, strategic, and hands-on CFO who has successfully led profitable investment and recapitalization strategies in his previous roles. Over the past decade, he has worked with enterprise and mid-market B2B SaaS companies, scaling them, building finance structures, growing revenues, and managing broad functional remits across finance, operations, HR, legal, and more.
