Retail Insight Appoints Andy Brockway as CTO

Retail Insight, the only cloud technology platform focused solely on helping retailers and their CPG partners achieve the full potential of every store, is further growing its team through the appointment of SaaS industry veteran, Andy Brockway, as Chief Technology Officer (CTO).
Founded in 2005, Retail Insight’s cloud-based analytics software helps optimize in-store retail operations for over 35,000 stores across the globe in over 20 markets. Andy’s role has two major components; the first is to align our technology initiatives with the overall business strategy for growth and innovation. The second will be to build on our technology platform, which serves over 115,000 daily users and processes over 10% of the world’s grocery data.
As a founding member of Confused.com, Andy played a key role in the creation and scaling of a high-volume, innovative, and disruptive category. Over more than two decades, Andy held various positions that helped shape the organization's tech landscape. Starting as a Software & Database Engineer in 2001, he moved into management, which concluded with him taking on the CTO role from 2017 to 2023.
The appointment of Andy is a vital component in our plan to drive technological innovation, scalability, and product excellence. Retail does not stand still, and the growth in data and the appetite for insight is increasing exponentially.
